Kevin Baldwin is the Informatics Portfolio Manager for UCLA Health Sciences. He is responsible for preparing and engaging multiple levels of business owners in adoption and acceptance activities associated with technological advances and improving the delivery of patient care. He has led the development of comprehensive information system readiness programs to identify risks and project resource needs and analyzed future state integrated work flows, procedures and constraints of the clinical / business operations. In addition to over 10 years of professional healthcare experience at UCLA, Kevin holds a BS in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, a post-baccalaureate certificate in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University, and an Executive-Style Master of Public Health from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. As President-Elect for UCLA Staff Assembly, Kevin will apply his broad experience in people development, process improvement, strategic planning, service and quality, and leadership to the functions of the Staff Assembly.
